Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ḍraiklīn ™ ! We are dedicated to providing exceptional laundry, dry cleaning, and alteration services. By using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Scope: Ḍraiklīn ™ offers professional laundry, dry cleaning, and clothes alteration services. We provide free pickup and delivery within a 10-kilometer radius for your convenience.
  2. Order Placement and Confirmation: Orders can be placed via phone or through our online platform. Confirmation of the order will be provided by Ḍraiklīn ™ before processing.
  3. Garment Care and Risk of Color Bleeding: While we exercise utmost care in cleaning and handling garments, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or prevent issues such as color bleeding or fading. Color bleeding is a risk inherent to certain fabrics and dyes, and despite using methods designed to minimize this risk, Ḍraiklīn ™ cannot be held responsible for color bleeding or fading.
  4. Inspection and Refusal of Service: All items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Ḍraiklīn ™ reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment that we believe may be damaged during the cleaning process.
  5. Liability Limitation: Ḍraiklīn’s ™ liability for any damage or loss of garments due to our handling shall not exceed ten times the cost of cleaning that item.
  6. Non-responsibility for Loss or Damage: Ḍraiklīn ™ is not liable for loss or damage to items not directly related to our cleaning process, including but not limited to loss of buttons, sequins, or other adornments, or pre-existing damage to the garment.
  7. Collection of Garments: Customers must collect their garments within 30 days from the date of notification. Uncollected garments may be donated to charity after this period.
  8. Claims and Reporting Issues: Any claims regarding the service must be reported to Ḍraiklīn ™ within 48 hours of receiving the item. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
  9. Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon delivery of the serviced items. Ḍraiklīn ™ accepts various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
  10. Promotions and Discounts: Promotional offers or discounts must be claimed during order placement. Specific terms and conditions of promotions apply.
  11. Alteration Services: For alteration services, the customer must provide accurate measurements. Ḍraiklīn ™ is not responsible for incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
  12. Privacy Policy: Customer information is confidential and will be handled concerning privacy, not shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services.
  13. Amendments to Terms: Ḍraiklīn ™ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and are under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru.
  15. Ḍraiklīn ™ could NOT be able to answer any status of placed order(s) beyond the working hours that are already mentioned on the website. 
  16. Kindly note that utmost care is taken to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of every wearables/clothes that are processed at Ḍraiklīn ™ ; however, if any dust/unclean spots are noticed after a few hours of delivery/pick up then Ḍraiklīn ™ can NOT be held responsible for same.
  17. Please ensure that the proper count of garments is indicated at the time of pick-up/generation of order at the store; otherwise, the Ḍraiklīn ™ count must be accepted as correct.
  18. Under certain circumstances, Ḍraiklīn ™ could ask to return the hangers for the garments delivered on the hanger. 
  19. As mentioned above, it is reiterated that Ḍraiklīn ™ can NOT be held responsible for shrinkage or fading of colour resulting for normal processing or loss of buttons or loss of any valuables/money left in the pockets.
  20. Delivery/Pick-up boys & runners are directed by technological advanced GPS route systems at Ḍraiklīn ™ and hence there could be chances when the pick-up or delivery gets delayed based on traffic or re-routing. Please bear with us in such circumstances and help us in getting you served in the best possible ways.
  21. Any feedback on the mobile app can be provided through email by writing to support@draiklin.com.
  22. Ḍraiklīn ™ reserves the right to change the due date of the order under certain unfavorable conditions as loss of power/current or water supply based on BESCOMM and BBMP directions or any other unforeseen challenges.
  23. Our valued customers can always call us at 988-688-5828 soon after placing an order (NOT more than a day) if any applicable coupon/discounts/promotional voucher is NOT applicable at the time of creation of the order through our mobile app or website. 
  24. Ḍraiklīn ™ reserves the right to slash/raise the pricing of any service at any time including the processing of any placed order.
  25. Any preference made during the placement of the order (e.g. Heavy/light Starch, hanger/folded Packing, express service, fragrance/softener) is subject to change/unentertained based on unforeseen challenges and other dependencies by Ḍraiklīn ™ .
  26. Legality Jurisdiction: Dispute if any relating to this transaction shall be Subject to Arbitration rules of Dry Cleaners and Laundry Association of India and their award shall be final and binding on the parties; in case legal proceeding is taken further for any reason what so ever, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru only.
